1-FIND AND EXPLORE!
-Find a listing you're interested in for focus homes (refreshed just for you) or affordable comfort (safe, habitable, clean - but carpet and paint may not match)
-Apply online - choose the "Apply Now" button on any property you like (one application covers all units)
-Visit any homes you are interested in that are a good fit for your budget - we'll meet you there and answer your questions
2-PREPARE FOR SUCCESS!
Complete our two success program activities:
-Free credit education over the phone
-Free in-home goal setting session
3-GET PROTECTED AND PREPARED!
-Register your animals with our PetScreening links
-Get your renter's insurance set (don't worry, it's usually $150/year or less)
-Set up utilities (if not included)
-Choose whether to pay all at once each month or use our weekly or twice-a-month easy pay plan
MOVE IN - that's it, with three easy steps you're all set!
Lease signing is online, payment can be online or in person
Your keys come with a move-in-day walk through to make sure everything is 100% set for you
Prior to move-in we require:
Background check
Income verification
Identity verification
Renter’s insurance (usually less than $15/month)
One month’s security deposit or bonding with The Guarantors
Income qualification or rent coverage insurance with The Guarantors
Resident verification (a quick in-home visit to your current residence)
Any tenant-paid utilities set to go out of landlord name
Animal registration with our partners at PetScreening (additional rent may apply for pets)
All adult applicants must have a unique phone number and email.
